Kayleigh

I am a student in preparation for my final year at Heriot Watt University, Scotland, studying Fashion Design for Industry. I have a very creative outlook, and have exceptional sewing and production skills. I am currently specialising in knitwear design. I am particularly skilled in garment design and development, pattern cutting and garment construction, hand-knitting, domestic knitting and v-bed knitting and currently gaining experience in SHIMA electronic knitting. I am also computer literate in Word, Illustrator, Photoshop, Design-a-knit, as well as Lectra and Modaris. I have great interest in period costume - especially the Victorian Era - and art history.
